How It's Made:

finish that is by nature uneven and variable in color and pattern. We
offer these products with the view that these variations are part of the
rustic character and charm, and do not constitute defects.
Our Kitchen Sinks are made using 14 gauge copper sheets. Which are
then hammered and shaped to form one of a kind pieces of art. Our sinks
are standard size and will fit most cabinets, or can easily replace an
existing sink. If required we can customize your order to fit your
specific needs. Drain holes are standard 3.5" for the kitchen, 1.5" for
the bathroom sinks, and 2" for the tubs. Designed by professional native
craftsmen of a small Village in central Mexico. Using techniques that
have been passed on from generation to generation since the early
1400's.
Our Patina is a Flamed Finish, durable none like imitation Chinese or Indian chemical based patinas.
Care & Maintenance
To protect the finish on our Dark Smoke, Vintage Copper, Golden
Copper, & Fired Copper avoid using abrasive cleaners. No coarse,
acidic, or alcohol-based cleaners should be used. No Steel wool, Brillo
pads, or wire brushes as they can and may scratch copper surfaces.
Copper is the absolute best product to use for bath/bar/kitchen
applications. Copper sinks are extremely easy to care for, (*just soap
and water) and they naturally contain anti-bacterial properties. * Germs
and bacteria can't live on the surface of copper for more then a couple
of hours in comparison to other materials where germs can survive for
up to 3 weeks, Amazing! Clean with soapy water and scrub with a soft
cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
Notice:
The following information is only for our "Copper" color finish;
You may polish it as often as needed with the copper liquid polish
of your choice, or let it age into a natural dark patina. This finish
acts exactly like a brand new "penny". It will darken but can be
polished back to it's original finish at any time. If you like the
polished look, keep in mind that it will require high maintenance to
keep it that way. Once polished it will not be long before it needs to
be polished again to obtain that shiny brand new penny appearance.

Lifetime Limited Warranty:

This warranty ensures that you will continue to be a satisfied customer
long after your purchase. Our items are warranted against defect in
material and craftsmanship. Warranty does not apply to unreasonable use,
misuse or negligence, normal wear and tear, including dents and
scratches. The warranty does not cover acts of nature to our products,
including but not limited to: natural disasters, winds, earthquakes,
fire, etc. We warrant the original owner and first installation. We
reserve the right to review the item/s before replacement. If the damage
falls under the warranty, we will provide an equivalent sink or tub, at
no extra charge. The new item may not precisely match the previous one
in size, texture, or finish due to the uniqueness of each piece. Labor
for removal of defective item, installation of replacement and freight
charges aren't covered by the warranty. To validate a warranty claim,
Owner must have original proof of purchase. We do not warrant the finish
as it will develop over time and appearance may change. Lifetime
limited warranty applies for residential use only (Commercial use is
restricted to a 1 year limited warranty).
Refund Policy:
All requests for a refund must be received within 30 calander days
of the delivery date. Please be sure to inspect your items thoroughly
upon arrival. Although rare, occasionally freight companies may
mishandle our packages and cause minor damage. We will deal with this on
a case by case basis. We can have it shipped back to us for repair,
suggest on how to repair it, offer a replacement, or a full refund.
Which ever is more convienient to both parties at that time.
